Meet Nicole

Hi there, I’m Nicole Waltz, FNP-BC, Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of North & Willow Family Practice.

I created North & Willow with a simple goal: to provide healthcare that feels personal. I believe patients deserve time to be heard, the opportunity to ask questions, and a provider who truly gets to know them and their family.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including primary and pediatric care, hospital-based nursing, and veteran disability assessments. These experiences have allowed me to care for people with a wide range of medical histories and have shaped the way I practice today: with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care.

At North & Willow, I care for patients of all ages and provide thoughtful primary care, preventive care, same-day sick visits, chronic condition management, telehealth, and house calls. My approach is simple: listen first, explain clearly, and work together to create a plan that makes sense for you.

North & Willow is also deeply personal to me. When I’m not caring for patients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our Golden Retrievers on our farm in Brighton, Colorado. I love being part of this community, and I wanted to build the kind of family practice I would want for my own family.
